Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CABYR (Cytosolic Apoptosis-Related Brn-2 Interacting Protein) is a crucial protein implicated in the regulation of male fertility and sperm motility. Research on CABYR has gained momentum due to its potential role in reproductive biology and its association with various pathological conditions, such as male infertility and cancers. Identifying and understanding the structure and function of CABYR can provide insights into its contribution to cellular processes and reproductive health. Previous studies have highlighted that CABYR interacts with several key signaling molecules and may play a role in the apoptotic pathways, influencing cellular survival and death. The protein is speculated to possess unique structural features that allow it to mediate these interactions effectively. Given that abnormalities in sperm function are a major contributor to male infertility, the investigation of CABYR's functional dynamics could lead to novel therapeutic strategies for addressing reproductive issues. Additionally, understanding the mechanism by which CABYR modulates these processes is essential for elucidating its overall biological significance. As such, the ongoing research into CABYR's structure-function relationships, expression patterns, and regulatory mechanisms is vital for advancing our knowledge in reproductive medicine and developing targeted interventions for related disorders.
