稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PNC1, known as Pyruvate Nutrition and Control 1, is a protein that has garnered significant attention due to its role in regulating cellular metabolism and its potential implications in various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancer. Research suggests that PNC1 plays a crucial role in maintaining cellular energy homeostasis by modulating pyruvate levels, which are essential for glycolysis and cellular respiration. Alterations in PNC1 expression can lead to metabolic dysregulation, contributing to the progression of diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. Furthermore, the study of PNC1 has implications in understanding tumor metabolism, as cancer cells often exhibit altered pyruvate metabolism to support their rapid growth and proliferation. Given its importance in these biological processes, the recombinant expression and characterization of PNC1 have become a focal point for researchers aiming to uncover its mechanisms of action and therapeutic potential. By generating PNC1 as a recombinant protein, scientists can investigate its structure-function relationship, identify its interaction partners, and explore its role in metabolic pathways. This research not only enhances our understanding of PNC1’s function in health and disease but may also contribute to the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting metabolic pathways influenced by PNC1, thereby offering new avenues for treating metabolic disorders and cancer.
