Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RKHD1, or RSK-Related Protein Kinase, is a member of the serine/threonine protein kinase family that has gained attention due to its potential roles in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Research has shown that RKHD1 is implicated in several signaling pathways critical for maintaining cellular homeostasis and is thought to be involved in the development of certain diseases, including cancer. Despite its significance, the functional mechanisms of RKHD1 remain poorly understood. Advances in recombinant protein technology have allowed for the production of RKHD1 in sufficient quantities for detailed biochemical and biophysical characterization. By studying RKHD1 as a recombinant protein, researchers aim to elucidate its structure-function relationships, identify its substrates, and understand its regulatory mechanisms. This knowledge could provide insights into its role in pathological conditions and its potential as a therapeutic target. Investigating RKHD1 in this context not only contributes to the basic understanding of kinase biology but also opens avenues for targeted drug development and therapeutic interventions aimed at diseases where RKHD1 functionality is compromised. As such, RKHD1 remains a focal point of ongoing research, with implications that extend from fundamental biology to clinical applications.
