Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RNF139 is a member of the RING finger protein family, which plays a pivotal role in various cellular processes, including ubiquitination, signal transduction, and regulation of gene expression. Its involvement in cellular pathways makes it a significant focus of research, particularly in the context of cancer biology and immune responses. Recent studies have suggested that RNF139 may have roles in modulating protein stability and interacting with various signaling molecules, influencing cellular responses to stress and inflammation. Understanding the structure and function of RNF139 as a recombinant protein facilitates investigations into its biochemical properties and potential implications in disease mechanisms. The production of RNF139 as a recombinant protein allows for detailed studies of its interactions and functions in vitro and in vivo. This knowledge could lead to the identification of novel therapeutic targets or biomarkers for diseases where RNF139's expression or function is altered. Additionally, the study of RNF139 may uncover insights into the ubiquitin-proteasome system's regulation, furthering our understanding of how aberrations in this system contribute to disease pathology.
