稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The F13B protein, also known as factor XIII B subunit, plays a critical role in the coagulation cascade, specifically in the stabilization of fibrin clots. It is part of the factor XIII complex, which is essential for cross-linking fibrin and thus enhancing the stability of blood clots. Research into F13B has gained significance due to its implications in various bleeding disorders, particularly in patients with factor XIII deficiency, which can lead to life-threatening hemorrhagic events. Understanding the structure and function of F13B is essential for developing therapeutic interventions and diagnostic tools. Advances in recombinant technology have enabled the production of F13B as a recombinant protein, facilitating both in vitro and in vivo studies. This has allowed researchers to investigate the protein's properties, interactions with other components of the coagulation system, and its potential role in tissue repair and wound healing. Additionally, the recombinant form provides opportunities for the development of novel therapies aimed at enhancing hemostasis in individuals with coagulation disorders. Overall, the study of F13B not only deepens our understanding of hemostasis but also holds promise for clinical applications in treating bleeding disorders and improving surgical outcomes.
