稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDC6 (Cell Division Cycle 6) is a crucial protein involved in the regulation of the cell cycle and DNA replication. As a key component of the pre-replicative complex, CDC6 plays a vital role in the initiation of DNA replication by facilitating the loading of helicase onto DNA. Abnormalities in CDC6 expression or function can lead to unchecked cell division and are implicated in various cancers. Research into CDC6 recombinant proteins has gained momentum due to their potential applications in cancer therapy and diagnostics. By studying the structure and function of CDC6, scientists aim to uncover its role in the cell cycle regulation and its potential as a therapeutic target. Furthermore, the ability to produce CDC6 as a recombinant protein allows for in-depth biochemical studies, including interactions with other cell cycle regulators and the development of small molecules that could inhibit its function. Such studies may lead to novel strategies for cancer treatment, as targeting CDC6 could potentially hinder the proliferation of cancerous cells while sparing normal cells. Overall, the investigation of CDC6 and its recombinant forms is crucial for advancing our understanding of cell cycle control and developing effective cancer therapies.
