Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RUFY3, a member of the RUFY family of proteins, has garnered attention in recent years for its potential roles in various cellular processes and diseases. This protein is characterized by the presence of a conserved RUFY domain, which is thought to mediate protein-protein interactions. Research indicates that RUFY3 may play a significant role in the regulation of immune responses, endocytosis, and vesicle trafficking, making it a protein of interest for understanding cellular dynamics. Additionally, studies have suggested a correlation between RUFY3 expression levels and certain pathologies, including cancers and neurodegenerative diseases. Investigating RUFY3's structural and functional characteristics could provide insights into its mechanisms of action and contribute to the development of therapeutic strategies targeting diseases associated with its dysregulation. The exploration of RUFY3 as a recombinant protein could further elucidate its biological functions and interactions, offering a valuable model for studying complex cellular mechanisms. Overall, the research on RUFY3 is pivotal in understanding its implications in health and disease, as well as its potential as a therapeutic target.
