Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FCRL1 (Fc receptor-like 1) is a member of the Fc receptor family that plays a significant role in the immune response, particularly in regulating the activation and inhibition of immune cells. As a receptor expressed mainly on B cells, FCRL1 is involved in antibody production and the modulation of immune signaling pathways. Its importance has become increasingly evident in the context of autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, and cancer, where dysregulation of immune responses can lead to pathogenesis. Research on recombinant FCRL1 proteins aims to elucidate the precise functions of this receptor in immune regulation, providing insights into its potential as a therapeutic target. By studying the structure-function relationships and interactions of FCRL1 with various ligands, scientists hope to develop strategies to manipulate immune responses in favor of immunotherapy or to inhibit harmful immune reactions in autoimmune conditions. Additionally, recombinant FCRL1 proteins serve as valuable tools for investigating the mechanisms of immune evasion by tumors and pathogens, further highlighting the relevance of this research in the development of novel immunomodulatory therapies.
