Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CLUAP1, or Clu-associated protein 1, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in cellular processes such as growth, division, and response to stress. As a member of the cytoskeletal-associated proteins, CLUAP1 is implicated in maintaining cell shape and integrity, as well as in the organization of the mitotic spindle during cell division. Research has shown that CLUAP1 interacts with various signaling pathways and could be involved in cancer pathogenesis, making it a promising target for therapeutic interventions. Additionally, studies suggest that its dysfunction may be linked to neurodegenerative diseases and other pathological conditions, further emphasizing its importance in health and disease. The production and characterization of recombinant CLUAP1 protein allow for detailed investigation of its biochemical properties and functional mechanisms, facilitating the exploration of its role in cellular dynamics as well as its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Understanding CLUAP1's structure and function could provide insights into its contribution to various biological processes, ultimately enhancing our knowledge of its significance in health and disease.
