  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

CD300LF, a member of the CD300 family of immunoreceptors, has garnered significant interest in immunology and cancer research due to its role in modulating immune responses. This receptor is primarily expressed on various immune cells, including dendritic cells, macrophages, and T cells, where it participates in the regulation of inflammation and immune tolerance. The understanding of CD300LF's function has expanded, revealing its potential involvement in both promoting and inhibiting immune responses depending on the context. Given its regulatory role, CD300LF has been implicated in several pathological conditions, including autoimmunity, infections, and tumor immunity. Researchers are particularly focused on recombinant CD300LF proteins to elucidate its mechanistic pathways and interactions with other immune mediators. These studies aim to develop therapeutic strategies that harness CD300LF’s regulatory capabilities to enhance antitumor immunity or attenuate detrimental inflammatory responses. By generating recombinant proteins, researchers can investigate the receptor's signaling mechanisms, identify potential ligands, and explore its role as a biomarker for disease progression. This research ultimately aims to deepen our understanding of immune regulation and pave the way for novel immunotherapies in cancer and other immune-related disorders.
