  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

SH3PX3, also known as SH3 Domain-containing Protein 3, is an adaptor protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, endocytosis, and cytoskeletal organization. It is characterized by its SH3 (Src Homology 3) domain, which facilitates protein-protein interactions, allowing it to participate in the regulation of numerous signaling pathways. Research into SH3PX3 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in cancer biology and neurodegenerative diseases. Studies have indicated that SH3PX3 may influence tumor progression by modulating key signaling pathways associated with cell proliferation and survival. Additionally, its involvement in synaptic function and neuronal signaling highlights its importance in the context of neurological disorders. The recombinant expression of SH3PX3 protein allows researchers to investigate its structural properties, interaction with binding partners, and functional roles in cellular processes. Understanding the mechanisms by which SH3PX3 operates could provide insights into the development of targeted therapeutic strategies for diseases where SH3PX3 is implicated. As such, further exploration of SH3PX3 can enhance our knowledge of molecular interactions within cells and contribute to the advancement of biomedical research.
