Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TMEFF1 (Transmembrane Protein with EGF-like and Two FGM Domains 1) is a membrane glycoprotein involved in various biological processes, including cell adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation. Its expression has been linked to several cancers, particularly prostate cancer, where it may play a role in tumor progression and metastasis. Given its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target, the study of TMEFF1 recombinant protein has gained significant attention. Researchers aim to produce this protein in a recombinant form to facilitate various experimental assays, including structural analysis, functional studies, and potential therapeutic applications. The characterization of TMEFF1 combined with insights into its signaling pathways can provide a deeper understanding of its role in cancer biology and may lead to novel strategies for treatment. Additionally, the recombinant protein can be utilized to generate antibodies for diagnostic purposes and to explore its interactions with other cellular components, further elucidating its function in normal and pathological states. Thus, the research into TMEFF1 recombinant protein is pivotal in advancing our knowledge of its biological significance and therapeutic potential.
