Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AEBP1 (Adipocyte Enhancer-Binding Protein 1) is a key regulator in various cellular processes, particularly in adipogenesis and inflammation. It is known to play a critical role in the regulation of gene expression in adipocytes, influencing adipocyte differentiation and lipid metabolism. Recent studies have highlighted the involvement of AEBP1 in metabolic disorders, including obesity and type 2 diabetes. Furthermore, AEBP1 is implicated in several pathological conditions such as cancer and cardiovascular diseases, where it may modulate inflammatory responses and cellular proliferation. Given its pivotal role, scientists have increasingly focused on the structure and function of recombinant AEBP1 protein to better understand its mechanisms of action. The recombinant protein can be utilized to elucidate the protein's interaction with various transcriptional factors and pathways, aiding in the identification of potential therapeutic targets for metabolic and inflammatory diseases. Additionally, studies using AEBP1 recombinant protein may reveal novel insights into its effects on cell signaling, fat storage, and energy homeostasis, underscoring its significance in both physiological and pathological contexts. The growing interest in AEBP1 research highlights its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target, prompting further exploration of its clinical implications.
