稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CXorf40A, also known as Chromosome X Open Reading Frame 40A, is an intriguing gene located on the X chromosome that has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential implications in various biological processes and diseases. Initial research suggested that CXorf40A may play a role in tumorigenesis and cellular signaling pathways, prompting scientists to explore its expression patterns and functional characteristics. The generation of recombinant CXorf40A protein has become a focal point in this research, as it allows for the detailed study of the protein's structure, function, and interactions with other cellular components. Understanding the characteristics of CXorf40A is crucial for elucidating its role in health and disease, particularly in cancer research where altered expression may correlate with tumor progression and response to therapy. Additionally, the study of this protein may provide insights into X-linked gene regulation and its implications in disorders related to chromosomal abnormalities. As a result, the investigation into CXorf40A and its recombinant protein is not only significant for its potential contribution to our understanding of fundamental biological mechanisms but also for its prospective applications in developing targeted therapies and diagnostic tools in the field of oncology and other related areas.
