Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DGKI (Diacylglycerol kinase isoenzyme I) is an important enzyme involved in the phosphoinositide signaling pathway, which plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. The dysfunction of DGKI has been implicated in several diseases, such as cancer and neurological disorders, making it a significant target for therapeutic interventions. Research on recombinant DGKI proteins has gained traction as scientists aim to better understand the enzyme's structure, function, and regulatory mechanisms. By producing DGKI in a recombinant form, researchers can perform detailed biochemical analyses and examine its interactions with other cellular components. This approach not only helps elucidate the molecular basis of DGKI's role in signaling pathways but also aids in the development of specific inhibitors or activators as potential drug candidates. Furthermore, recombinant DGKI can be utilized to generate antibodies for diagnostic purposes or to identify biomarkers related to disease states. As the understanding of DGKI's functions continues to evolve, its study may pave the way for innovative therapeutic strategies to combat diseases linked to its dysregulation, emphasizing the importance of recombinant protein research in the biomedical field.
