Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZFYVE19, a member of the zinc-finger and FYVE domain-containing proteins, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential role in various cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Initially identified through genomic studies, ZFYVE19 is believed to be involved in cellular signaling pathways, membrane trafficking, and possibly in the regulation of autophagy. Research has indicated that alterations in ZFYVE19 expression may be linked to specific pathologies, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Its unique structure, featuring both zinc-finger motifs and FYVE domains, suggests a multifunctional role that could be crucial for maintaining cellular homeostasis. The functional characterization of ZFYVE19 and the development of recombinant protein versions have become pivotal for elucidating its biological roles. Laboratory studies employing techniques such as protein expression, purification, and interaction assays are essential to understand the protein's mechanisms of action, its interactions with other cellular components, and the potential implications for therapeutic strategies. Overall, comprehensively studying ZFYVE19 and its recombinant forms offers valuable insights into its contribution to health and disease, making it a significant target for future research endeavors.
