Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZNF169, a member of the zinc finger protein family, plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including gene regulation, DNA repair, and cellular signaling. Recent studies suggest that ZNF169 is involved in the maintenance of genomic stability and may contribute to the pathogenesis of several diseases, including cancer. Its unique structure, characterized by multiple C2H2 zinc finger motifs, enables it to bind DNA and interact with other proteins, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. However, the functional mechanisms of ZNF169 remain largely unexplored due to the lack of available recombinant protein for experimental studies. The production of ZNF169 recombinant protein is essential for elucidating its biological functions, understanding its role in disease mechanisms, and identifying interaction partners. Recent advances in recombinant protein technology have facilitated the expression and purification of ZNF169, paving the way for in-depth functional analyses. By generating this protein, researchers can employ various biochemical assays to investigate ZNF169's DNA-binding properties, post-translational modifications, and interactions with other molecular players in the cell. Understanding ZNF169's role in cellular processes could provide valuable insights into its potential as a biomarker for disease and a target for novel therapeutic strategies. Thus, the research on ZNF169 recombinant protein is pivotal for advancing our knowledge of its biological significance and implications in health and disease.
