Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The cardiac troponin T (TNNT3) protein is a crucial component of the cardiac muscle contraction apparatus, playing an essential role in the regulation of muscle contraction and relaxation through its interaction with actin and tropomyosin. Abnormalities in TNNT3 have been linked to various forms of cardiomyopathy, subsequently making it a significant target for research in cardiac biology and potential therapeutic interventions. The generation of recombinant TNNT3 protein has enabled researchers to investigate its structural and functional properties in vitro, facilitating a deeper understanding of the mechanistic pathways involved in cardiac muscle function. Additionally, this recombinant protein serves as an important tool for developing diagnostic assays, therapeutic strategies, and exploring the role of TNNT3 mutations in heart disease. As efforts to design effective treatments for heart-related conditions continue, studying the biochemical properties and interactions of TNNT3 at the molecular level is paramount, underscoring its significance in both basic and applied cardiovascular research.
