Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
USP21, or Ubiquitin Specific Protease 21, is a member of the ubiquitin-specific proteases family that plays a critical role in deubiquitinating proteins, thereby regulating various cellular processes such as protein stability, signal transduction, and gene expression. Research into USP21 has gained prominence in the context of cancer biology and immune regulation, as it has been implicated in the modulation of oncogenic signaling pathways and the immune response. High levels of USP21 have been associated with tumor progression and poor prognosis in various cancers, making it a potential therapeutic target. Additionally, its involvement in the regulation of cytokines and immune checkpoints highlights its significance in immunotherapy. Understanding the structural and functional dynamics of USP21 through recombinant protein studies can pave the way for developing selective inhibitors that could enhance anticancer therapies and improve immune response. Thus, elucidating the mechanistic roles of USP21 in these processes is crucial for identifying novel therapeutic strategies that could mitigate the challenges posed by cancer and immunological diseases.
