稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GLB1L, or Galactosylceramidase-like protein, is an enzyme that plays a crucial role in the metabolism of glycosphingolipids, which are essential components of cellular membranes and are involved in various cellular processes, including cell signaling and interaction. Research on GLB1L has gained attention due to its potential implications in certain neurodegenerative diseases and lysosomal storage disorders, where disruptions in glycosphingolipid metabolism can lead to pathological conditions. Understanding the structure and function of GLB1L through recombinant protein studies can provide insights into its enzymatic mechanisms and regulatory pathways. Furthermore, investigating its role in the context of disease may uncover novel therapeutic targets and strategies. The production of recombinant GLB1L allows researchers to perform detailed biochemical analyses, and to explore its interactions with various substrates and inhibitors, contributing to a broader understanding of glycosphingolipid biology and its relevance to human health.
