简介
As a ligand of CD27, CD70 protein is an indispensable part of T cell immune coordination and is of particular importance in antiviral responses. The CD70-CD27 pathway emerged as a key player that contributes to the generation and maintenance of T cell-mediated immune responses. CD70 Protein, Human (HEK293, His-Flag) is the recombinant human-derived CD70 protein, expressed by HEK293, with N-His and N-Flag labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD70 is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily member primarily expressed on activated T cells and B cells, playing a crucial role in immune regulation. The interaction between CD70 and its receptor CD27 is pivotal for promoting T cell proliferation, survival, and differentiation, thus facilitating an effective immune response. In the context of cancer, CD70 is often overexpressed on tumor cells, which can contribute to immune evasion and tumor progression. This has led to increasing interest in targeting the CD70/CD27 axis for cancer immunotherapy. Research involving recombinant CD70 proteins has focused on elucidating its biological functions, antigenic properties, and potential applications in vaccine development and therapeutic strategies. Studies have shown that recombinant CD70 can enhance the activation and proliferation of T cells, providing a promising avenue for enhancing anti-tumor immunity. Furthermore, understanding the structural and functional characteristics of CD70 can aid in designing more effective immunotherapeutics, either by modulating its activity or by harnessing its ability to stimulate immune responses. Overall, the exploration of CD70 recombinant proteins is a significant aspect of expanding our therapeutic arsenal against cancer and other diseases characterized by immune dysfunction.
