FCRL1

简介
The FCRL1 protein may act as an activation coreceptor in B cells, suggesting involvement in B cell activation and differentiation processes. The dual role of FCRL1 makes it a key player in regulating B cell responses and enhancing signaling pathways associated with B cell activation. FCRL1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived FCRL1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

-
Biological Activity
Immobilized FCRL1 at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind biotinylated Human IgG. The KD for this effect is 38.39 nM. Immobilized FCRL1 at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind biotinylated Human IgG. The KD for this effect is 38.39 nM.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FCRL1, or Fc receptor-like 1, is a member of the Fc receptor family, which plays a pivotal role in the immune response regulation, particularly in the context of B cell development and function. Characterized by its unique extracellular features, FCRL1 is predominantly expressed on B cells and has been implicated in modulating T cell activation and antibody responses. Research has increasingly focused on FCRL1’s function in various immunological contexts, including autoimmunity and cancer, as it may influence the balance between tolerance and immune activation. Studies have shown that the expression levels of FCRL1 can vary significantly in different diseases, indicating its potential as a biomarker for disease progression or therapeutic response. Furthermore, understanding the structural dynamics of FCRL1 through recombinant protein studies can provide insights into its receptor-ligand interactions and downstream signaling pathways, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies. As such, the production and characterization of recombinant FCRL1 protein become crucial for elucidating its functional roles in immunology and for exploring its potential applications in targeted therapies.
