简介
IL-1RAcP/IL-1 R3 protein is a co-receptor in the IL-36 and IL-1 signaling systems, forming a receptor complex to activate NF-kappa-B and other pathways. FITC-Labeled IL-1RAcP/IL-1 R3 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived FITC-Labeled IL-1RAcP/IL-1 R3 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-1 receptor accessory protein (IL-1RAcP) plays a crucial role in mediating the signaling pathways of several pro-inflammatory cytokines, particularly interleukin-1 (IL-1) and interleukin-33 (IL-33). As a vital component of the IL-1 receptor complex, IL-1RAcP is essential for the activation of downstream signaling molecules such as MyD88 and NF-κB, contributing to the inflammatory response in various pathophysiological conditions. Abnormal regulation of IL-1RAcP has been associated with several diseases, including autoimmune disorders, chronic inflammatory diseases, and certain cancers, underscoring its potential as a therapeutic target. The production of recombinant IL-1RAcP protein has garnered attention for its application in basic research and therapeutic development. By generating this protein through recombinant DNA technology, researchers can investigate its structural and functional properties, assess its interactions with other cytokine receptors, and explore its role in modulating immune responses. Furthermore, recombinant IL-1RAcP can be utilized in drug development, either as a standalone therapeutic agent or as a tool to enhance the efficacy of existing treatments. Understanding the biology of IL-1RAcP and developing innovative therapeutic strategies centered around this protein could provide new avenues for treating inflammation-related diseases and improving patient outcomes.
