稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Caspase-1 (CASP1) is a vital protease that plays a pivotal role in the inflammatory response and the regulation of apoptosis. It is crucial for the activation of pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and interleukin-18 (IL-18), through a process known as pyroptosis. Dysregulation of CASP1 activity is associated with various inflammatory diseases, including autoimmune disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, and cancer. The recombinant CASP1 protein has been a focus of research for its potential therapeutic applications, particularly in understanding its activation mechanisms and developing targeted therapies against inflammatory conditions. Through the production of recombinant CASP1, researchers can investigate its enzymatic activity, regulatory pathways, and interaction with other cellular components. Moreover, the study of recombinant CASP1 provides insights into its structural properties, aiding in the design of inhibitors that could modulate its activity in disease contexts. Given the increasing recognition of the role of inflammation in numerous diseases, the recombinant CASP1 protein serves as an essential tool in both basic and applied research, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies to manage inflammatory diseases effectively.
