稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of PAPPA (Pregnancy-Associated Plasma Protein A) recombinant proteins has gained significant traction due to its crucial role in various biological processes and its potential clinical applications. PAPPA is an insulin-like growth factor-binding protein (IGFBP) protease that modulates the bioavailability of insulin-like growth factors (IGFs), influencing cellular growth and metabolism. Elevated levels of PAPPA are associated with various pathological states, including certain cancers and pregnancy complications, making it a valuable biomarker for early diagnosis and monitoring of these conditions. Researchers have focused on the recombinant expression of PAPPA to facilitate the investigation of its structure, function, and interactions with IGFBPs and other cellular proteins. Additionally, the recombinant form of PAPPA allows for the development of diagnostic tools and therapeutic strategies, such as targeted drug delivery, providing insight into its potential as a novel therapeutic target. As the understanding of PAPPA's mechanisms continues to evolve, the creation of effective recombinant proteins is pivotal in translating laboratory findings into clinical practice, ultimately enhancing the management of diseases linked to abnormal PAPPA levels.
