FCRL2

简介
The FCRL2 protein regulates normal and neoplastic B cell development and has been shown to be involved in complex processes that control B cell maturation. Its tyrosine-phosphorylated isoform 2 interacts with PTPN6, suggesting the existence of a signaling pathway and emphasizing the role of this protein in cellular regulation. FCRL2 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived FCRL2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

-
Biological Activity
Immobilized FCRL2 at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind biotinylated Human IgG. The ED50 for this effect is 32.55 nM. Immobilized FCRL2 at 2 μg/ml (100 μL/well) can bind biotinylated Human IgG. The ED50 for this effect is 32.55 nM.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FCRL2, or Fc receptor-like protein 2, is a member of the Fc receptor family that plays a crucial role in modulating immune responses. It is expressed predominantly on B cells and plays a significant role in regulating their activation, differentiation, and survival. Dysregulation of FCRL2 can contribute to various autoimmune diseases and cancers, making it a focal point for therapeutic research. The protein is characterized by multiple immunoglobulin-like domains, which are thought to mediate its interaction with ligands and other immune cells, influencing both innate and adaptive immunity. Recent studies have explored FCRL2 as a potential target for immunotherapy, particularly in the context of enhancing anti-tumor immunity or mitigating autoimmune responses. Understanding the structure-function relationship of FCRL2 through the generation and analysis of recombinant proteins can provide insights into its mechanism of action and interaction partners. Additionally, the development of FCRL2-based therapeutics could alter current treatment paradigms for diseases characterized by immune dysregulation. Thus, research into FCRL2 recombinant proteins not only advances our understanding of immune regulation but also holds promise for novel therapeutic strategies in immunology and oncology.
