Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FCRL6 (Fc receptor-like 6) is a member of the FcRL family, which is known for its role in immune regulation. It is an inhibitory receptor primarily expressed on various immune cells, including B cells and some T cell subsets. Research into FCRL6 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in autoimmune diseases, infections, and cancers. The expression of FCRL6 is reported to be altered in various pathological conditions, suggesting its involvement in modulating immune responses. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying FCRL6 function can provide insights into how immune tolerance is maintained and how dysregulation can lead to disease. Additionally, the recombinant expression of FCRL6 protein is critical for functional studies, enabling researchers to investigate its interactions with ligands, downstream signaling pathways, and its overall impact on immune cell behavior. Therefore, characterizing FCRL6 through recombinant protein studies is pivotal for exploring its therapeutic potential and deciphering its role in the immune landscape. Insights gained from these studies could pave the way for novel interventions in diseases where immune evasion or dysregulation plays a key role, highlighting FCRL6 as a promising target for future research and clinical applications.
