稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-20 (IL-20) is a cytokine belonging to the IL-10 family, primarily expressed in the skin and associated with various inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, such as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. Its role in promoting keratinocyte proliferation and differentiation has attracted considerable attention, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Recent studies have shown that IL-20 can modulate immune responses and influence the inflammatory microenvironment, making it crucial in the pathogenesis of skin disorders. The generation of recombinant IL-20 proteins has enabled researchers to investigate the precise mechanisms of this cytokine and its receptor interactions. Such studies are pivotal for understanding the signaling pathways involved in skin inflammation and repairing damaged tissues. Furthermore, exploring IL-20's potential in clinical applications, such as targeted therapies for chronic skin diseases, underscores the importance of recombinant IL-20 in therapeutic research. The intricate balance between IL-20 and other cytokines suggests that manipulating its levels could lead to innovative treatment options, addressing the unmet medical needs of patients suffering from debilitating skin conditions. As research progresses, the therapeutic potential of IL-20 continues to be explored, reinforcing its significance in dermatological studies and treatment strategies.
