稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SFRP1 (Secreted Frizzled-Related Protein 1) is a member of a family of secreted glycoproteins that play critical roles in developmental processes and cellular signaling pathways, primarily through their inhibition of the Wnt signaling cascade. The dysregulation of SFRP1 expression has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, where it can function as a tumor suppressor in certain contexts, or as a promoter of proliferation and metastasis in others. Research into SFRP1 recombinant protein has gained attention due to its potential therapeutic applications, including its role in modulating the tumor microenvironment and influencing stem cell behavior. Understanding the biochemical properties and mechanisms of action of SFRP1 can provide insight into its dual roles in tumorigenesis and development. Moreover, the development of recombinant SFRP1 proteins enables the exploration of their interactions with Wnt ligands and Frizzled receptors, offering a tool for elucidating the complexities of Wnt signaling pathways. As a result, ongoing studies aim to clarify the functional significance of SFRP1 and its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in cancer and regenerative medicine, highlighting the need for detailed molecular characterization and clinical evaluation of SFRP1-based interventions.
