简介
PLD4 Protein, a phospholipase, plays a crucial role in immune responses and inflammation. Dysregulation of PLD4 Protein has been associated with autoimmune disorders and inflammatory diseases. Targeting PLD4 Protein may provide potential therapeutic interventions in these conditions by modulating immune responses, suppressing inflammation, and managing related disorders. PLD4 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived PLD4 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PLD4 (Phospholipase D4) is a member of the phospholipase D family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including membrane trafficking, cell signaling, and lipid metabolism. Recent studies have highlighted PLD4's involvement in immune response and inflammation, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions in diseases characterized by dysregulated immune functions. The enzyme is known for its ability to hydrolyze phosphatidylcholine, generating phosphatidic acid, a lipid signaling molecule that regulates key cellular processes such as cell growth and motility. Moreover, PLD4 has been implicated in the pathogenesis of several conditions, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. Researchers are actively exploring the structural properties of PLD4 and characterizing its enzymatic functions through recombinant protein expression and purification. Understanding the functional mechanisms of PLD4 at the molecular level can provide insights into its biological significance and pave the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting PLD4-related pathways. Consequently, the study of PLD4 recombinant protein is vital for elucidating its role in health and disease and for assessing its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in various clinical contexts.
