Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Angiogenin-4 is a member of the angiogenin family of proteins, which are recognized for their roles in angiogenesis and vascular development. Initially isolated from human biological samples, Angiogenin-4 has garnered interest due to its specific expression in various tissues and its involvement in the process of neovascularization. Research indicates that Angiogenin-4 promotes endothelial cell proliferation, migration, and tube formation, which are crucial activities in the formation of new blood vessels. Additionally, it has been implicated in important physiological processes such as wound healing and tissue repair. Given its potential therapeutic applications, particularly in conditions like ischemia or other diseases characterized by impaired blood flow, the production of recombinant Angiogenin-4 has become a focal point in biotechnological research. By utilizing recombinant DNA technology, scientists can produce this protein in a controlled manner, allowing for in-depth studies of its biological functions and mechanisms of action. Understanding the structure-function relationships of Angiogenin-4 may also pave the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies to manipulate angiogenesis in various clinical settings, thus making it an important subject of study in the fields of vascular biology and regenerative medicine. Overall, ongoing research into Angiogenin-4 aims to elucidate its complex role in human health and disease, potentially leading to breakthroughs in treatments for cardiovascular and other related conditions.
