Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-37 (IL-37) is a member of the IL-1 family of cytokines, known for its crucial role in modulating the immune response and inflammation. Discovered in 2000, IL-37 is characterized by its ability to inhibit pro-inflammatory cytokine production and promote an anti-inflammatory environment. This unique function positions IL-37 as a potential therapeutic target for various inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, chronic inflammatory bowel diseases, and cardiovascular disorders. Research has shown that IL-37 can suppress the activation of NF-κB and MAPK signaling pathways, contributing to its anti-inflammatory effects. Given its significance in immune regulation, recombinant IL-37 protein has gained attention in experimental studies aimed at elucidating its underlying mechanisms. Recombinant production techniques allow for the generation of biologically active IL-37, facilitating investigations into its protective roles in inflammatory diseases and its potential to enhance therapeutic strategies. Furthermore, preclinical models have demonstrated that administering IL-37 can alleviate symptoms associated with inflammation, making it a promising candidate for future clinical applications. Overall, the study of recombinant IL-37 protein is vital for advancing our understanding of immune modulation and exploring novel treatments for inflammatory conditions.
