简介
RAB11B protein is an important small GTPase in the Rab family, coordinating intracellular membrane transport by regulating vesicle processes. It cycles between GDP and GTP forms, recruiting effectors to control activities such as vesicle formation and movement. RAB11B Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived RAB11B protein, expressed by HEK293 , with N-His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB11B is a member of the RAB GTPase family, which plays a crucial role in intracellular vesicular transport and recycling processes. This protein is primarily localized to the recycling endosome, where it regulates the transport of various cargo, including receptors and other membrane proteins. Research into RAB11B has gained significance due to its involvement in various cellular functions, such as membrane trafficking, cell polarity, and cytokinesis. Dysregulation of RAB11B has been associated with several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The study of RAB11B recombinant protein allows for detailed investigations into its structural and functional properties, facilitating the understanding of its role in cellular processes. Furthermore, understanding the mechanisms by which RAB11B operates contributes to our knowledge of how cells maintain homeostasis and respond to external signals. Recombinant RAB11B can be utilized in various experimental settings, including binding assays and cellular localization studies, offering invaluable insights into its interaction with other proteins and its involvement in endosomal trafficking pathways. As research advances, elucidating the intricate functions of RAB11B could pave the way for novel strategies in disease management and cellular engineering.
