简介
Latent transforming growth factor beta-3 (TGF-beta-3) preprotein serves as a precursor to latency-associated peptide (LAP) and active TGF-beta-3 chains, which serve as regulatory and functional subunits. It plays a crucial role in maintaining the latent state of TGF-β-3 within the extracellular matrix. Latent TGF beta 3/Latent TGFB3 Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived Latent TGF beta 3/Latent TGFB3 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with N-His labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TGFBR1, also known as TGF-β receptor type I, is a key component of the TGF-β signaling pathway, which plays a crucial role in regulating various physiological processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. Abnormalities in this pathway are implicated in numerous diseases, including cancer, fibrosis, and autoimmune disorders. ALK-5, another designation for TGFBR1, serves as a receptor that transduces the signals initiated by TGF-β ligands. Research into TGFBR1/ALK-5 recombinant proteins has gained significant attention due to their potential therapeutic applications. By creating recombinant forms of this receptor, scientists aim to study its functional properties and signaling mechanisms in greater detail. These studies can help elucidate how TGF-β signaling contributes to disease pathogenesis and may identify novel targets for intervention. Moreover, understanding the structure and dynamics of TGFBR1 can facilitate the design of drugs that specifically modulate its activity, offering hope for tailored treatments in related diseases. Thus, TGFBR1/ALK-5 recombinant proteins represent a valuable tool in biomedical research, advancing our knowledge of TGF-β signaling and its impact on human health.
