简介
ANGPTL7/Angiopoietin-related 7 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) regulates angiogenesis, and promotes the expansion and repopulation of human hematopoietic stem cells and progenitor cells through the Wnt signaling pathway. Angiopoietin-related Protein 7 is a pro-inflammatory effector that induces inflammatory responses in macrophages through the P38 MAPK signaling pathway.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANGPTL7 (Angiopoietin-like 7) is a member of the angiopoietin-like protein family, which plays a critical role in various physiological processes, including angiogenesis, inflammation, and metabolism. It is primarily expressed in the tissues of the eye, heart, and adipose tissue, implicating its potential significance in cardiovascular diseases and metabolic disorders. Recent studies have suggested that ANGPTL7 may influence lipid metabolism by modulating lipoprotein lipase activity, thereby impacting systemic lipid levels. Furthermore, its involvement in the regulation of inflammatory responses positions ANGPTL7 as a potential therapeutic target for conditions characterized by chronic inflammation and vascular dysfunction. The recombinant protein form of ANGPTL7 is being investigated to elucidate its biological functions and therapeutic potentials, particularly in the context of cardiovascular health and metabolic regulation. Understanding the mechanisms by which ANGPTL7 operates could pave the way for novel interventions in diseases where lipid metabolism and angiogenesis are disrupted, highlighting the need for ongoing research into its structure, function, and application in clinical settings.
