IL-21R

简介
The IL-21R protein is specifically designed for IL-21 and forms a heterodimeric complex with the common γ subunit, which is critical for signal transduction. This receptor complex promotes interaction with Janus kinase 1 (JAK1), initiating downstream signaling events in response to interleukin-21. IL-21R Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived IL-21R protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-21 receptor (IL-21R) is a crucial component of the immune system, playing a significant role in regulating the differentiation and activity of various immune cells, including T and B lymphocytes. Understanding the function of IL-21R is essential for elucidating its involvement in immune responses, particularly in the context of autoimmune diseases, infections, and cancer. The recombinant IL-21R protein has emerged as a valuable tool for research, enabling scientists to investigate its signaling pathways, receptor interactions, and biological effects. By producing and purifying IL-21R as a recombinant protein, researchers can conduct in vitro studies to further dissect the mechanisms by which IL-21R influences immune cell behavior and how its dysregulation may lead to pathological conditions. Furthermore, recombinant IL-21R can serve as a potential therapeutic target, paving the way for innovative treatment strategies aimed at modulating immune responses in various diseases. Overall, the research on IL-21R recombinant protein contributes to a deeper understanding of immune modulation and holds promise for advancing immunotherapy and targeted therapies.
