  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

FRS3, or Fyn-related kinase substrate 3, is a protein that plays a significant role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cell growth, and differentiation. It has been implicated in multiple biological functions, such as neuronal development and the immune response, making it a subject of interest in both basic and applied research. The study of FRS3 is particularly relevant in the context of cancer biology, where dysregulation of signaling pathways can lead to tumorigenesis. Recent research has focused on characterizing the structure and function of recombinant FRS3 proteins to understand their interactions with other cellular molecules. By producing and purifying these proteins in the laboratory, researchers aim to elucidate the mechanisms by which FRS3 influences cellular signaling and to investigate its potential as a therapeutic target. The development of recombinant FRS3 not only provides insights into its biological roles but also facilitates the exploration of its involvement in diseases, highlighting its significance in the field of molecular biology and medicine.
