稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD72 is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein that plays a vital role in regulating B cell function and is implicated in various immune responses. As a member of the Fc receptor family, CD72 interacts with its ligand, CD100, influencing B cell activation, proliferation, and differentiation. The study of CD72 is particularly relevant in the context of autoimmune diseases and lymphoproliferative disorders, where its expression and activity are often dysregulated. The development of FITC-labeled CD72 recombinant protein allows for enhanced visualization and characterization of CD72 interactions and its biological functions in vitro and in vivo. By employing fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) as a fluorescent tag, researchers can track the protein's localization, quantify its binding with ligands, and analyze its role in signaling pathways. This approach not only aids in dissecting the molecular mechanisms underlying CD72's function but also provides insights for potential therapeutic strategies. Understanding CD72's interactions and signaling could lead to novel approaches in treating diseases where B cell function is compromised. Thus, the development and utilization of FITC-labeled CD72 recombinant protein represent a significant advancement in the field of immunology, providing a powerful tool for probing the complexities of B cell biology and the immune system as a whole.
