简介
Serum amyloid A-3 protein/SAA3 is an important acute-phase reactant that plays a key role in responding to acute physiological challenges. As an important apolipoprotein in high-density lipoprotein (HDL) complexes, SAA3 contributes to the regulation of lipid metabolism, demonstrating its multifaceted role in maintaining homeostasis.Serum amyloid A-3 protein/SAA3 Protein, Mouse (P.pastoris, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived Serum amyloid A-3 protein/SAA3 protein, expressed by P.pastoris , with N-6*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Serum amyloid A-3 protein (SAA3) is a member of the serum amyloid A (SAA) family, which plays a crucial role in the acute phase response to inflammation and tissue injury. SAA3 is predominantly expressed in the liver and is associated with various inflammatory conditions, making it a potential biomarker for diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and sepsis. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in the regulation of immune responses and as a contributor to amyloid formation, which can lead to amyloidosis—a condition characterized by the deposition of amyloid fibrils in various tissues. The recombinant protein of SAA3 has gained attention as a valuable tool for understanding its structural and functional properties, as well as its role in pathophysiological processes. By producing recombinant SAA3, researchers can investigate its interactions with ligands, signaling pathways, and potential therapeutic applications. Furthermore, the availability of purified SAA3 protein facilitates the exploration of its immunogenic properties and the development of diagnostic assays. Given its pivotal role in inflammatory responses and disease progression, the study of recombinant SAA3 protein offers insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying various health conditions and may lead to novel strategies for diagnosis, prevention, and treatment.
