简介
CARKL Protein acts as a modulator of macrophage activation, controlling glucose metabolism and influencing the functional phenotype of macrophages. Its regulatory role underscores its significance in shaping cellular processes and contributes to understanding the molecular mechanisms governing immune responses and cellular homeostasis. CARKL Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived CARKL protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CARKL (Cell Cycle and Apoptosis Regulator Protein) is a critical protein involved in the regulation of cell cycle progression and apoptosis, two fundamental processes governing cellular health and development. Recent research has highlighted the significance of CARKL in various biological contexts, including its role in cellular responses to stress and its implications in cancer biology. The protein is known to interact with key signaling pathways, influencing cell survival and growth. Given the increasing incidence of cancer and the need for targeted therapies, understanding the structure and function of CARKL is paramount. Researchers are focusing on the recombinant expression of CARKL to elucidate its interaction mechanisms and functional roles at the molecular level. By producing CARKL in a controlled laboratory setting, scientists aim to analyze its biochemical properties and therapeutic potential, potentially leading to novel treatment strategies that leverage the modulation of CARKL activity. Furthermore, studying CARKL's interactions with other proteins may uncover new insights into the intricate network of cellular signaling, representing a promising avenue for advancing cancer research and treatment modalities.
