Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LRRFIP1 (Leucine-Rich Repeat Flightless-Interaction Protein 1) is a crucial protein that has garnered significant interest in recent years due to its multifaceted role in various biological processes. Found to be involved in the regulation of gene expression and cellular signaling, LRRFIP1 acts as a co-factor for transcription factors and plays a pivotal role in immune response and inflammation. Studies have indicated that LRRFIP1 interacts with multiple signaling pathways, including those triggered by cytokines and growth factors, highlighting its importance in cellular homeostasis and adaptive responses. Furthermore, aberrations in LRRFIP1 expression have been associated with several pathological conditions, including autoimmune diseases and cancer, suggesting its potential as a therapeutic target. Given these diverse functions, the research focus on recombinant LRRFIP1 protein has intensified, aiming to elucidate its structural characteristics, interaction partners, and functional mechanisms. This knowledge not only enhances our understanding of LRRFIP1's biological roles but may also pave the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies that manipulate its pathway in disease contexts. Overall, the study of recombinant LRRFIP1 is essential for uncovering new insights into cellular dynamics and the development of targeted interventions in health and disease.
