稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha (TNF-alpha), also known as TNFSF2, is a pivotal pro-inflammatory cytokine involved in various physiological and pathological processes, including immune response, cell proliferation, apoptosis, and inflammation. Its dysregulation is implicated in several diseases, such as autoimmune disorders, cancer, and chronic inflammatory conditions. Understanding the biological mechanisms of TNF-alpha has drawn considerable interest within the scientific community, leading to the development of therapeutic agents targeting its signaling pathways. Recombinant TNF-alpha proteins have been produced for research purposes to study their roles in cell signaling and as potential therapeutic targets. These recombinant proteins enable researchers to investigate the functional variations of TNF-alpha, its receptor interactions, and the downstream signaling pathways it activates. Furthermore, they facilitate the assessment of pharmacological interventions aimed at modulating TNF-alpha activity. The exploration of TNF-alpha's role in disease contexts has underscored the significance of this cytokine in medical research, leading to the development of TNF inhibitors as effective treatments for inflammatory diseases. Overall, the study of TNF-alpha/TNFSF2 recombinant proteins is critical for unveiling novel insights into immune regulation and developing targeted therapies for a range of inflammatory conditions.
