稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DNMT3A (DNA methyltransferase 3A) is a crucial enzyme involved in the addition of methyl groups to DNA, playing a fundamental role in gene regulation, embryonic development, and genomic imprinting. Mutations in the DNMT3A gene have been linked to various hematological malignancies, particularly acute myeloid leukemia (AML), where altered methylation patterns contribute to tumorigenesis. The study of DNMT3A recombinant protein has gained significant attention due to its potential implications in understanding these processes and developing targeted therapies. By producing and characterizing recombinant DNMT3A, researchers aim to elucidate its enzymatic properties, interactions with DNA, and the effects of specific mutations on its function. Additionally, recombinant DNMT3A serves as a valuable tool for investigating the dynamics of DNA methylation in vivo and in vitro, providing insights into its role in epigenetic regulation. Understanding the mechanisms underlying DNMT3A activity can aid in the identification of novel biomarkers for cancer prognosis and pave the way for innovative therapeutic approaches.
