简介
The CBLB/RNF56 protein is an E3 ubiquitin protein ligase that coordinates substrate degradation through ubiquitin transfer by specific E2 enzymes. It crucially inhibits signal transduction pathways initiated by TCR, BCR and FCER1. CBLB/RNF56 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived CBLB/RNF56 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with N-His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CBLB (Cbl-b) and RNF56 are E3 ubiquitin ligases that play crucial roles in regulating various cellular processes, including protein degradation, signal transduction, and immune response. The CBLB gene encodes a member of the Cbl family, known for its involvement in modulating tyrosine kinase signaling pathways, particularly in immune cells, which can influence the development of autoimmune diseases and cancers. RNF56, on the other hand, is a relatively less-studied player that has garnered attention for its potential roles in DNA repair and apoptosis, highlighting the importance of post-translational modifications in cellular homeostasis. Research on the recombinant proteins of CBLB and RNF56 aims to elucidate their mechanisms of action and interrelationships, particularly in the context of their ubiquitin ligase activity. Understanding how these proteins interact with their substrates and the downstream effects of ubiquitination can provide insight into their roles in disease mechanisms, potentially leading to novel therapeutic strategies for conditions involving dysregulated protein turnover and signaling pathways. The study of CBLB/RNF56 recombinant proteins, therefore, could enhance our understanding of fundamental biological processes and their implications in health and disease.
