稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TWEAK (TNFSF12) is a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily, known for its role in regulating immune responses and inflammation. It is a multifunctional cytokine that interacts with its receptor, fibroblast growth factor-inducible 14 (Fn14), which is expressed in various tissues, including immune cells and endothelial cells. The TWEAK/Fn14 signaling pathway is implicated in numerous physiological and pathological processes, such as tissue repair, angiogenesis, and the progression of autoimmune diseases, cancer, and neurodegenerative disorders. Recent studies have highlighted the potential of TWEAK as a therapeutic target, as modulating its activity could lead to novel treatments for inflammatory conditions and other diseases characterized by aberrant immune responses. The recombinant protein form of TWEAK allows researchers to explore its biological functions and interactions in vitro and in vivo, providing valuable insights into its role in disease mechanisms and therapeutic applications. Ongoing research aims to elucidate the detailed molecular pathways activated by TWEAK and to evaluate its efficacy and safety in clinical settings, which may pave the way for new interventions that leverage the immune-modulatory properties of this cytokine.
