稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TCEA1 (Transcription Elongation Factor A like 1) is a crucial protein involved in the regulation of gene expression through its role in transcription elongation. The importance of TCEA1 arises from its association with RNA polymerase II, where it facilitates the efficient progression of the enzyme along the DNA template during transcription. Recent studies have highlighted the role of TCEA1 in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and response to stress, making it a significant target for understanding the underlying mechanisms of several diseases, including cancer. Notably, abnormalities in TCEA1 expression have been linked to tumorigenesis, indicating its potential as a biomarker for cancer progression and a possible target for therapeutic intervention. The production and study of recombinant TCEA1 protein provide a valuable tool for exploring its structure-function relationships and interactions with other molecular partners, aiding in deciphering its precise role in cellular biology. This research is further fueled by the demand for novel cancer treatments and the need for a deeper understanding of the transcriptional machinery in health and disease.
