  • 稳定性测试

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • 保存条件 & 期限

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • 运输条件

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

CRIP1 (Cysteine-Rich Intestinal Protein 1) is a member of the CRIP family, which plays a significant role in various biological processes. Research has identified CRIP1 as a critical factor in intestinal health, cellular signaling, and the response to stressors. It is primarily expressed in the intestine and has been implicated in regulating gene expression, protein synthesis, and cell differentiation. Studies have suggested that CRIP1 may be involved in the pathogenesis of various diseases, including inflammatory bowel disease and cancer, due to its influence on cell proliferation and apoptosis. The recombinant expression of CRIP1 allows for in-depth investigations into its structural and functional properties, providing insights into its role in cellular mechanisms. Researchers utilize CRIP1 recombinant proteins to study their interactions with other cellular components, elucidate their mechanism of action, and explore potential therapeutic applications. This research is particularly pertinent given the increasing prevalence of gastrointestinal disorders and the need for novel interventions. Understanding the intricacies of CRIP1 function could pave the way for developing targeted therapies that leverage its properties, ultimately contributing to improved treatments for diseases linked to this protein.
