稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
YBX1 (Y-box binding protein 1) is a highly conserved nuclear protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including transcription regulation, RNA processing, and translation. As a key participant in cellular responses to stress, YBX1 has been implicated in cancer biology due to its involvement in tumorigenesis and metastasis. Overexpression of YBX1 is often associated with poor prognosis in cancer patients, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. The study of recombinant YBX1 protein has gained significant attention in the field of molecular biology, as it allows researchers to investigate its structural properties, functional mechanisms, and interactions with other biomolecules. Understanding the recombinant expression of YBX1 facilitates the exploration of its role in protein-RNA complexes and post-transcriptional regulation, which may unveil new insights into its contribution to the malignancy of various cancers. Moreover, recombinant YBX1 could serve as a valuable tool in drug discovery and functional assays aimed at elucidating its therapeutic potential. Thus, research involving YBX1 recombinant protein not only enhances our understanding of fundamental biological processes but also paves the way for innovative strategies in cancer treatment.
