简介
HCC-1/CCL14 Protein, Human (74a.a, His) is a CC chemokine with weak activity against human monocytes, promotes monocyte, eosinophil and T-lymphocyte chemotaxis, and mediates allergic airway inflammation and cancer. HCC-1/CCL14 Protein, Human (74a.a, His) is a recombinant human HCC-1/CCL14(T20-N93) expressed by E. coli with a his tag at the nitrogen end[1][2].

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HCC-1/CCL14 is a member of the CC chemokine family, known for its role in mediating immune responses and inflammation. It is primarily expressed in various tissues, including lymphoid organs, and plays a significant role in the recruitment and activation of immune cells, particularly lymphocytes and monocytes. The understanding of HCC-1/CCL14's functions has garnered interest due to its potential implications in various pathological conditions, including cancer, autoimmune diseases, and inflammatory disorders. Research has shown that HCC-1/CCL14 can influence the tumor microenvironment and modulate antitumor immunity, making it a target of investigation for therapeutic strategies. Additionally, studies have highlighted its role in tissue homeostasis and repair mechanisms following injury. The recombinant expression of HCC-1/CCL14 proteins allows for detailed studies into their biological functions, receptor interactions, and signaling pathways. This research may ultimately contribute to the development of novel treatments that harness the immune system to combat diseases, emphasizing the importance of understanding the molecular mechanisms of chemokines like HCC-1/CCL14 in health and disease.
