Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DOCK9 (Dedicator of Cytokinesis 9) is a member of the DOCK family of proteins, which plays a crucial role in regulating cytoskeletal dynamics and cellular signaling pathways. This protein is primarily involved in the activation of Rac GTPases, which are critical for various cellular processes, including cell migration, adhesion, and differentiation. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of DOCK9 in the context of neurological development, immune response, and cancer progression. Given the significant impact of DOCK9 on cell behavior, researchers have focused on developing recombinant DOCK9 proteins to better understand its functional properties and interactions. The production of recombinant DOCK9 enables detailed investigation into its structural characteristics, binding partners, and downstream signaling effects. Furthermore, exploring DOCK9's role in pathological conditions may provide insights into novel therapeutic strategies. As such, the study of recombinant DOCK9 proteins is essential for elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying its various biological functions and potential implications in disease.
